Korean Barbecue

finally met up with teresa at orchard and we caught alvin and the chipmunks 2! well, though i only watched tiny weeny bits of the first one, i felt that the 1st is better. nevertheless, i enjoyed the movie. :) of course, you can't expect any exciting/thrilling moments from it. it's a very relaxing and jovial movie, kids would totally love it. those 6 chipmunks/pettes are so adorable! do they sell their stuff toys?
thereafter, we did some window shopping at far east plaza. didn't really have the mood to try out clothes, but i want to get back there soon, i need to shop for more clothing! sigh man, i've been spending money like nobody's business. i wonder what were they spent on? didn't buy much clothing or accessories lately... it must be the food!
i am so right, i spent 40 bucks on crystal jade korean barbecue today! but it was so worth the money, no regrets at all. :) teresa and i ordered the promotion set menu which came with side dishes (love them, especially kimchi), bbq pork, bbq beef, 2 bowls of rice, mushroom and bean sprout soup, and fruits. it so filling, we left half of the pork and half of the soup untouched. we didn't know that we couldn't finish all of it, so greedy teresa and i also ordered a seafood pancake (left half of it uneaten too). no wonder the table next to us kept starring, way too much food!

i must totally thank teresa for suggesting korean bbq as i have been craving for it for ages but didn't know where to get good ones. wanted to have korean bbq at far east plaza, luckily we didn't, cause crystal jade was so good. i really wonder why haven't my family gone there before? i would totally recommend that place.
after the early dinner, we walked around takashimaya, mostly spending our time at art friend and kinokuniya. we were checking out some art stuff, pretty cool. i guess i'm gonna follow teresa and start on some mini art project soon! :)
